The love of photography

It all began in London, January 1994. I had worked as a hairdresser and session stylist all over Australia and Europe and frequently found myself assisting photographers during photoshoots. This practical experience gave me a strong eye for detail as well as a love for film.

In a moment of lucidity I decided to switch careers and pursue photography.

I excelled in learning the formal techniques of lighting and composition. Armed with new skills and a love for work, I set out on a creative journey with a mission: to create high-impact visuals for commercial clients in the fields that interest me the most. Beauty, fashion, commercial and architecture.

In the last 20 years I have worked with great people from all over the world, in turn gaining invaluable industry experience and knowledge.

My goal is to always exceed the client’s expectations using a combination of creative inspiration, keen insights, and sharply honed skills

Saverio Marfia Photography is located in Sydney Australia and is available of onsite shoots in Australia and Internationally.
